Hey guys life is not allowing to come here as often as I like because of life's curves balls we all get and have to adjust when they are thrown and have to place things on a hold for a while, can anyone identify....

I am working with a limo startup company who wishes me to help them generate leads, he has a existing website which is not coming up in google serp's when his primary keywords.

He wishes to pay me a percentage on jobs he books as a results of the calls being generated through my fine tuning efforts via search engine optimization and free organic traffic.

The question in my mind is this:

1) I can work with his existing website and help him generate leads via phone calls which is what he wants but if done this way how can i protect myself whereby I set up some kind of system to at least help me keep track how many calls are coming in, in what or what tools can be used to monitor at least the amount of calls coming in, this way I know at least amount of calls coming in from my SEO efforts on his site.

2) I can develop my own site and foward leads to him but what tools can be used to accomplish this without me answering calls coming from his site can calls be forwareded somehow and tracked any suggestions on what you would do if you were in my shoes trying to make money offline with a brick mortar company for lead generation and sales generation based on sales secured via phone leads generated.
