180 day money back policy - sign of strength or weakness?

I am thinking about promoting an affiliate product which promises a full refund if the product hasn't worked within 180 days, so long as the customer returns the packaging as proof (this assumes that customer has used up the medication).

How does either party 'prove' whether medication is working or isn't?

I'm not so sure if it is a sign of anything but, it is good to have some sort of refund policy because, you can increase buyer confidence with one and more often than not if your report is well priced and honest - you won't get refund requests.

Its not a report but a treatment that you consume.

Oh I would stay away from any "treatments" online that have long refund policies like that haha. I actually stay away from them in general. Especially lose weight ones... you never know if what you are getting is safe or not.

True, but it is a natural treatment with supposedly little to no side effects.

Two people died in recent months here in the UK supposedly from a heart attack led on by weight loss pills they were taking. However, those pills were not derived from natural ingredients. Frankly, I wouldn't buy a non-homeopathic treatment online. I would always get a prescription. Also, I would never buy any kind of health treatments on eBay if they were sold by individuals. You can never be sure where the eBay sellers source their products, and that can be dangerous when it comes to medication of any sort. At least the weight loss companies have an FDA (in America) license or operate under guidelines.

As for the product I am thinking of promoting is not in the weight loss segment, and it is also homeopathic.

if that product have a fanpage you can go to its fan page and see the response of people or also if they have any comment section on their site .

180 days refund policy will surely increase the faith of the people but you should also see how the product is performing .

Anything to do with "medication" that can cure something, I would stay away from promoting it.

Other then that, a 180 days money back guarantee tells the customer that they can go ahead and order the product because of the longevity of the return policy. It gives them more confidence in it.
