Could anybody suggest me a better US bank than Payoneer?

I wanna sign up with a great us bank better than Payoneer even not free, support international. Now I have a Payoneer card, but now Paypal transfer money to payoneer pending too long time. All free things seems too much trouble for us.

Could anybody tell me a better US bank can be used for Paypal transfer money to bank. Sign up with fees no matter, i am not a US person so I need the bank support international sign up.

    Payoneer US Payment Service is not a bank account. This service provides you with an international payment solution for receiving US ACH/Direct Deposit transfers from select companies.

    Please note that once a company sends you a payment, it takes 2-3 business days (on average) to arrive to your bank account. This is the standard processing time for a US bank transfer.
