Narrowing my niche to get more traffic ?

Hi warriors.

I'd like your advice on my first ever attempt to get into the online marketing world.

I feel like my niche is too wide to get serious traffic, so I'd like your advice on what to do to get some more people to visit my blog.

The blog is called No Will No Skill (find it at nowillnoskill.net) and it's mostly about fitness and self-improvement.

I post motivational quotes on the social media pages (there's also a random quote section and a whole page of quotes on the website), I post videos of interesting skills, I link to articles I find good (mostly about nutrition and training) directly on the blog or on social media.

I also started our own video series called Witness the Fitness which are videos made by me and my people (so far there are only 2 of them).

I think there's definitely too much going on. I don't even know what keywords to focus on, so I can't really optimize for Google.

I'm currently working on another site, which would take over my favorite topic - nutrition and workout. It's called caveman principles and it's gonna be a very simple website with the emphasis on signing up to my mailing list and selling my book, which I'm writing.
There's gonna be a free report as an incentive to signing up to the newsletter which will be sending out very short (up to 500 words) and practical tips about improving health, strength and getting lean (I'm thinking about twice a week with maybe 1 affiliate promo mail a week).

So now I'm not sure what to do about it. I do want to keep the skill videos and maybe it would be good if I could post more of our own stuff.

Do you have any advice for me ?
