Advice on public domain rights
Specifically, I have some audios dated back in '72 and earlier. They do not mention any form of copywriting, so I think they are public domain. I am considering branding them with my own website, etc. and then offering them. I'm trying to get clear on what my rights, obligations are and also if by my branding these with my own info; does that give me any kind of protection?
Thanks!
