How the heck do you sell a keywords list?

I put together a list of keywords for a popular niche. After doing the work, I realized it was a pretty good list and I should try selling it. But how?

I've sold PLR before, but selling keywords lists is new territory. The big thing I'm wondering is if I have to tell the buyers what rights they have. (So they can't sell it or give it away.) Is that just understood. Or is it common practice for people to be able to do anything they want with the keywords lists they buy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You might want to check out Dr. Andy Williams' Niche Blueprints (http://www.niche-blueprints.com). He does something similar, typically every month or so. But there's a bit more in there than just keyword lists, like recommendations on topics for site content, what should go on the home page, main content pages, etc.

    You can get a better idea of what he offers by reading a few of the descriptions. Not suggesting ripping off his idea, but you can certainly use it to get ideas for creating your own offer, pricing it, etc.
