anyone know of pop up software for pc not internet?

Hey I am looking for some software that could be downloaded by my members and then that software would randomly (with low, med and high settings) pop up a message with a digital clock on it throughout the day.

This would be something they would like so dont worry about it being a malicious type of pop up.

If no one knows of anything do you have an idea of what it would cost to be done? If not I will post in the warriors for hire section.

      yes thats perfect for what i need. But actually i was looking for something i could own, so that i could give it away as a freebie for signing up.

      Now that i think about it my best bet would probably be hiring someone to put it together for me so then i can give it away, sell it or whatever.

      But I actually downloaded the timeleft gizmo..it works perfectly!
