Non US Citizens - Cannot apply for US business checking account even with a US LLC

Hi, I live in Hong Kong and I am setting up an ecommerce website. I would need to accept payments from my US based customers and need to make payments to my US based suppliers (drop shippers) constantly.

My initial plan:

1 Get a US LLC from Delaware (which I did),
2. Apply for a BOfA business checking accounts from the internet online
3. Apply for a paypal merchant account.

It turns out that the second step is the problem as BOfA doesn't allow non citizen to apply for a US business account without physically going to the States. I tried to walk in to HSBC and Citi bank in HK and they all told me the same thing.

Are there any suggestions on what I can do now (rather than for me to travel all the way to the US). I heard someone talking about Payoneer here. Would paypal transfer the USD that I receive from customers to Payoneer? Also, would I be able to use the Payoneer to pay my suppliers in USD? (not necessary big companies) . thanks

A friend who works with me gave me the following information.

Go to NCHInc.com – Nevada Corporate HeadQuarters – and tell them your position.

They set up companies in the USA – mostly Nevada, Delaware is a close 2nd. They can help with bank account set up, and advice, etc.

As you are doing all online there is no issue with having a Nevada bank a/c and a Delaware Corp.

Ask about how long it takes to get sorted – you could still trade using the merchant account as a holding account while the process is completed….

    I hope that this helps.
