What do you Outsource / what would you like to outsource?

Most of us feel overwhelmed with our online businesses because we simply cannot do everything ourselves. I am busy compiling a comprehensive list of all the things that can be outsourced. Firstly this is making me take a good hard look at my business and what I can outsource in order to accelerate my business growth and secondly I want to use this as a sounding board to see if there are any things that I can outsource that I have not already thought of. I would appreciate it if people could add any other ideas to the list.

Also list things that you would LIKE TO outsource but for which you currently cannot find a suitable outsourcer.

This list should help us all with ideas of how to streamline our businesses.

    That pretty much sums it up, but hey you don't have to outsource everything, lol. Only the stuff you hate doing. I learned to make great ebook covers using power point by fiddling around with it for a day. I found it really simple in the finish and loved doing it

    Do the work you enjoy. Focus on your core strengths. Outsource what you can. Follow solid protocols when hiring. Always look for contractors with a long work history backed by glowing feedback. Beware of low feedback ratings and new members or teams to a outsourcer site like oDesk, eLance, etc. Take steps to qualify your outsourced team, do Skype interviews, and be prepared to pay a little more for high quality employees.

      In my opinion it depends of the size of your business. To start out we need to do everything for ourselves. Then when things get bigger you will have the need to outsource. You should outsource the things that occupy your time the most. Finally will be in a situation where you have to outsource everything. You will have just time to check all of your income accounts. But remember you have to do vital things by yourself. Things that only you can do like Checking your bank account hahaha . Just joking.

      Just go little my little. If your are making a good money think in that while you are doing things that you don't like. The time will come when you will be able to outsource every thing.

    I don't outsource any kind of SEO. There is a ton of crap being disseminated right now that is harming the buyer of the SEO work. I would caution anyone about this. They need to educate themselves or buyer beware!

    In my current situation I'm looking for ways to outsource traffic creating! In the past I have had success with building backlinks to my YouTube videos. For that purpose I used fiverr. But for my site I hesitate to use fiverr! I would like to find persons who will drive traffic to my site in a natural (manual) way.

    I outsource anything to do with graphics since I am not a right brain person. I outsource content creation for my blog. I am on the verge of finding someone that I can use to outsource uploading the outsourced content to my blogs.
