Don't Depend On 3rd Party Sites

Sigh. I'm so sad. A friend of mine has lost 75% of his income because he made most of his money on Ebay.

Remember all. Don't depend on a 3rd party site. #1 is your own site. I made 15k a month on a 3rd party site and lost it myself. It hurt bad. Make sure to build your own sites.

    A lot people give this advice and unfortunately they forget to tell people you need to back up your sites as well, your autoresponders, everything you use online including your computer. Its too bad but many people find this out too late.

    Just out of curiosity, what happened to make him lose 75% of his income (without getting into personal details).

    That's why I do all of my business by email marketing and back up my list daily.

    It's the only business that I can think of that can't really be taken away from me.

    Sorry for your mate, I hope he picks it back up again fast!

    That is what I always say.

    However, in this case, do you mean he was an eBay seller and somehow lost his account, or simply stopped selling?...

    If the latest, my girlfriend had to do that last year because of all the crazy fees eBay started imposing. But thats kind of different though. I mean, how else you are going to get your products in front of that many visitors without spending a dime and a second on promotion!?...

    I just dont understand when people build their money sites on free blogging platforms like blogspot, and risk getting it deleted overnight.
