The IDEAL Autoresponder For Email Profits?

Apart from the usual guys like Aweber and Get Response, I'm looking for an autoresponder that does these things:

1. Host hundreds of thousands of single opt-in leads

2. Allows purchased lists

3. Does not require using a program installed on own PC or using own IP address to send emails

I have seen a few options for this but they don't meet the criteria for 1 or 2 of the above factors:

VPS hosting (most are very protective of their servers so won't allow purchased lists)

Using a software like Group Mail (this will require using a program installed on the PC and might link back to the IP address)

I'm thinking of possibly getting my own tower server and hosting the email database there so there are no restrictions.

By the way, this is NOT a discussion about the pros and cons of purchased lists
