Facebook threatening legal action

I received a long email from Facebook representatives for an inactive site I set up ages ago and forgot about. On the site I used the facebook image. They said

"Accordingly, we were concerned when we learned of your registration and use of getfacebookfansexpert.com. As we hope you can appreciate, protection of its trademarks is very important to Facebook. Your registration and use of getfacebookfansexpert.com violates the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq.) because it infringes and dilutes the famous Facebook trademark."

I Immediately deleted the domain but it also says to confirm in writing.

"Please confirm in writing that you will agree to resolve this matter as requested. If we do not receive confirmation from you that you will comply with our request, we will have no choice but to pursue all available remedies against you."

Does this mean send them a letter or email them saying you agree?

I replied to the email but got no response

You deleted it and responded - and that's what they asked for. You won't hear more until there's a further problem.

You're all set. Just dump the domain say you're sorry and move on.

I wouldn't worry about it, you've done your part.

If you deleted your domain name, you should be fine.

If you want to take it a little further, email or call them to verify this.

I think that you can now move on.

You should be fine, you've deleted the offending content, domain and confirmed you won't do it again in writing.
