Fastest-ever Google indexing? And, did author-rank count?

What's the smallest time delay that you have seen any content from your own site get indexed from the instant of being published?

I am asking this because today I had my fastest ever. A Wordpress post that I made has got indexed in 10-15 seconds, flat, from publishing. It was indexed so fast that I initially thought I was seeing "things"...

I had gone back to check on Google whether another post made day-before has got indexed from the site, right after publishing this post. All I did is I typed "site:<mysite.com>" - AND - the post made day-before didn't get indexed yet but the one made 10-15 second back was showing up. I changed browsers immediately (though I didn't see what a browser could possibly have to do with it) and yes, the new one was showing indexed.

Also, have you seen any correlation of indexing with Author Rank? This is the first time I was trying to post something on a website on which an author profile has been fully completed and integrated with G+. The integration was made yesterday to this site, so the post made day-before (and yet to be indexed till now) may not count under this purview.

Or, is it just an accident and has nothing to do with Author Rank?
