Is it possible to put image links into the comments on a wordpress blog?

so they see the image in the comments - click on it and it opens the website page

    If you are the blogger then use Comment Image Embedder; is a very simple plugin that, once installed, lets your visitors add an image to their comments.

    As a visitor you can submit the URL for an image in a comment. Then it's up to the blogger who receives that comment to choose whether or not to display it in the post when they moderate the comment. Also depends if they have installed the comment image plugin or not.

      All you need is to go to Gravatar.com, and pick up a free
      Gravatar image. Once it is set up, (it only takes 10
      minutes), every time you leave a comment for someone
      your image will be there and it will link back to your
      website.

    Hi Gareth

    I'm not clear from you post exactly what you want to achieve.

    Are you talking about embedding an images in your comment on other peoples blogs or are you talking about embedding images in the comments that other people put on your blog?

      By default you can only use the following tags in WP comments:

      Code:
      a, abbr, acronym, b, blockquote code, em, i, strike and strong.
      So no, you can't use image links, unless the owner of the blog has explicitly allowed them.

        Ok so a final question - is there a google tag that would reveal the blogs that allow image links?

        Or some other automated way to find them

    But if you are not the admin of the blog, I don't think someone would approve an image in comment even if it shows up.

    You can put this query into Google search "niche + blogs" and will return results of blogs in your niche and you can visit each blog and see the one that allows comments.
