How To Create Home Study Course-Type Graphics?

There are a lot of ebook cover generator-type products out there. I was wondering if there was one that created more of a physical-looking home study course-type box?

You know those plastic-type boxes that often store all the CDs or DVDs in a home study course? Any easy way to create a look like that?

I think there was a warrior who ran a WSO for a photoshop action script that did this..

Photoshop would be required for such things though..

Personally... I hire it out.. much easier to outsource.

Do you do your outsourcing on Elance, or somewhere specifically for this kind of thing?

Agree with Jay. Alex, yeah, elance would work, but there's a ton of guys who do great work. Maxcovers.com is one I've used before, he's really good.
