Any books that explain the mechanics of affiliate marketing?

I have no interest in get rich or guru books. Just looking for something that explains the details, such as networks, setting up things, software, tracking, etc.

    Clickbank has a bunch of information on becoming a vendor, so does Commission Junction, etc.

    Sites like iDev that sell software will also have feature lists and demos of how their software works.

    Those would be a good place to start - you'd get a good overview of the process without having to buy a book initially, even if there's a built in bias that there site/system is best.

    Then you could either hunt down answers to anything that wasn't clear or know what you need to look for in a book.

    The "Make Money Online" and "Articles" sections of this forum have a ton of Affiliate Marketing resources.

    I would also highly recommend getting a War Room membership for more advanced stuff.
