phone autoresponder?

Hi all,

Looking for a phone autoresponder in which someone will receive a phone call after they submit their information in my optin.

I've scoured the net and all I could find was a mention of a system in Russell Brunson's DotComSecrets Product.

Anyone know of such an animal?

You would probably need to set this up on a virtual pbx or ivr platform or something like that. something like UK VoIP Internet Phone Service - VoIP PBX Switchboard and Telephony services or some kind of ivr type system like X-on Hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR) the virtual pbx on the voipfone may be able to trigger an outgoing call from an email or something like that.
