I don't see what the problem is? If he wants to advertise on your site, he may have other intentions rather than just traffic.

      So what should I do?
Give them a pic of my Google analytics and awstats?
Offer them a low price deal?

Tell him you are interested, and to let you know the details. That way you can find out what he really intends to do.

There is no need to send your traffic reports (until he asks for it) or make any offer if you have no clue. You're likely to lower your profits instead.

That is what it seems to me.

I had people who were interested in advertising on my website but had other intentions. Offer them a fee and if they talk about something else rather then promoting on your website, just delete their email and move on.

Ok, I'm looking to start a little bit of income with these small sponsors.
    How much should I charge, $20, $30 or $40 a month?
    Thanks

If the site you are referring to is your interneting marketing site in your signature, i think you can fetch way more than that, maybe $500 a month. Ive checked it. 700k alexa ranking definitely has huge advertising potential.

Ask him to give an offer, with this range in mind. Hope this help :-)

Just offer them a $10/$20 a month deal. If they say they like you to sign up to their site and post ads from their network, this means they are just an advertising service and trying to recruit you.

But there is no harm at this at all. Once I found InfoLinks through these kind of emails and it helped me make money.

These are naturale website/ad media people who are advertising on sites. Your site may be small but they may want to spread all over the market, that's it!

You may ask him the intention and the price that he wants to pay for.

Yeh, my site is small but growing at a fairly quick rate, soon I will be making podcasts too. At the moment I am getting help with making a small EBook to give away for free and then in time I would love to make my own product.

I have offered them a trial month of $30, if they like what they get then I will raise it.
