time you set aside for serious list building

If you would do serious list building, setting it all up, connecting with people, finding offers and keeping it always going how much time you have to put aside if you're serious abut this?

1) is a couple of hours a day enough?

2) can you take a few weeks break or do you always have to keep checking in with everything, every day.

I would love to have some thoughts flow at this.

Love

At the beginning, I was working a 9-5, so it was hard to set time aside for it. Over the weekends and days off, I was easily spending about 12-16 hour days.

Now I only work on it 2-3 hours a week since I got a solid sales funnel going on. That time's only spent booking Solo Ads.

Sometimes I'll spend an hour or 2 each day doing some tweaking and adding some more content to my current autoresponder series, but I don't need to spend as much time as I used to.

I'm getting into product creation so I can start seeing more passive and residual income, so those 12 hours days may come back, but I'm having so much fun coming up with ideas, it doesn't feel like work.

If I were serious, I would put all my time in it but only until I was able to hire some help. A couple of hours a day is good but I would not take a break until you step up a system that runs on autopilot. How big is your list?

Get a War Room membership and you'll find a ton of great squeeze page + autoresponder email freebies there. Well worth the money.

Yeah, I know of some good freebies you can give away. I will send you some links. Let me know when you get them. For the follow-ups, I am still trying to work that out too but I have found, if people believe it's you talking and not a script, they will buy your product.

What value can you provide your subscribers? That's what you need to figure out. You might want to think long and hard about what you're trying to do if you're having a hard time coming up with a freebie that people would be interested in...

I spend every hour of each day on list building

Not just actually building my list but everything else which is associated with building my lists
such as, creating products, getting more traffic to my squeeze page etc

Everything i do is around building my list
