You have a good established site on there. So if you spend $300-$400 a month with PPC and make $1000, your profit a month is $600-$700. Therefore I think you can easily sell this site for a year's worth of income ($7200-$8400).

Yup Amazon is the only source of income, the buyer could add a couple adsense ads or eBay banners as well.
