One of my client having this three domains

immigrationlawyercalifornia.org
immigrationattorneycalifornia.org

Looking for suggestion on how can i monetize them

    You can just target the keyword which fall in the domain name and they are very competitive and high paying keywords.

    Writing articles and displaying on your site would help in earning money from Adsense.

    try search for those 3 names in their region.Find out and make a list about possible client for those 3.Set up a nice site with interesting themes and try to rank it in google.

    There is a lot money can be made if those 3 are in first page.
    You can contact the possible clients and ask them if they would like to purchase those site.

    You can use Google Places and locate immigration lawyers in LA, and let them know what you have. Adsense, Chikita and BuySellAds are options you can consider as well. But firs I think you should focus your attention on ranking high thos site for their main keyword as I do niot see much difficult since they seems to be exact match domains.
