Are you referring to Mass Control?

No, he's referring to List Control. Both are Kern products.

OP- The reason you can't find any copies for sale is that when you "bought" list control, you basically bought access to a member's area login with all of the downloads inside and weekly lessons and Q&as. So any copies of the downloads would only be available from someone who bought in and got member access.

Anyways, good luck finding a legit used copy, they don't surface on the market very often. Anyways if a copy did come up for sale, I'm also in the market for it and would likely outbid you.

Hey I know you specified list control only but this might help you out, and I'm sure it's still open! Even though frank said it was closing on the 18th.

I picked it up a while back, was just too good an opportunity to miss out on!

It's a very good product — lots of actionable information!

You might have better luck looking for classifieds or forums where people are selling those. Though I don't know about the legality of that.

You can try going around the different threads and forums to see if anyone has something akin to it.

they pop up on ebay every now and then.

Get on his list - if i remember correctly, every now and then he puts out an offer that includes it. or sign up for his mentoring programming - he gives you all of his products for free.. but you need to be able to pay 3-4k a month

I bought List Control on ebay a few months ago for $50! That's right $50. I would have kicked myself in the ass if I would have paid $2k like some people did when it first came out.

These big name "gurus" should be ashamed of themselves for charging that amount of money. Good stuff but not worth $2k! Give people useful information for exchange of their email and keep giving them "cool stuff" as Frank would put it and sell them products in between.

I do agree, but if people place that value on it and are willing to pay that there's no reason for the vendor not to charge that.

Exactly. And when you are looked at as "The Guy" as Frank is (proven by the massive love/hate feelings people have for him also), then you can charge what you want and you'll get it.

As Mel Brooks said in a movie role: "It's good to be the King!"

First off, if you bought List Control on eBay then you bought a pirated copy.

Second, it's pretty ironic to praise Kern's business model, then in the very same post attempt to shame him for charging a price that the market is happy to pay. Considering the entire program sold out almost immediately at $2k/copy and even the small amount of refunded copies were re-sold at full price shows that Kern brings immense value to the table and people LOVE to buy what he sells.

He openly says that his entire business model is about selling high-priced items too, and he's great at it.

Anyways, I'd much rather take a hint from him then everyone here selling WSOs for $7 a pop.

In fairness, the price nor the place he bought it from substantiates what was purchased.

I don't really understand why the $7 price tag should be a factor in this statement neither but naturally your opinion is your own based upon your own purchase history.

My WSO purchases (at $7 and otherwise) are based upon strategic selections which are relative to my own business model, unlike any blanket tip and more often that not they are a lot more valuable because of this reason.

Unfortunately, the price AND the place he bought it from substantiate that he absolutely bought a pirated copy. Because of the nature of how List Control was sold (access to a member's area where you could watch and download the videos and program contents) and the fact that you can't buy access to it anymore, he undoubtedly bought from one of the many content pirates who sell ripped copies of Kern's stuff on eBay.

This isn't a knock against him or anything, just a simple statement of fact.

I completely understand what you're saying (and agree), but we're talking about two different things... You're talking about the value of $7 (and otherwise) purchases you are BUYING, while I'm talking about how I have no interest in SELLING truly valuable information for $7 and that I'd much rather learn how to SELL valuable information from those who make a living selling high-ticket items and have a kick-ass sales funnel set up exclusively for that business model (like Kern's).

I just think Vegaed1's assertion that Kern should be "ashamed" for selling information for $2k (or any price he wants for that matter) when the market willingly buys it at that price and is grateful for it, is ridiculous.

The fact that he then goes on to praise Kern's business model (which is built on selling high-ticket items after giving away great freebies) is immensely ironic.

I don't know where you got the "praise" from all I said was "good stuff but not worth 2k" In MY opinion it's not worth 2k because others are selling similar stuff for much less. As for the "pirated" copy I received on ebay, it was the exact same videos and content that people paid 2k for(including the so called awesome website that came with the program). And he still does sell list control from time to time for half off.

Refunds? How do you know that there wasn't a large amount of refunds. Because he said there wasn't? ok

If you paid 2k and put the information to use and made your money back then good for you. All I'm saying is you could have paid half that or less and received the same information from a warrior here or somewhere else. There are awesome warriors here who provide their coaching/programs for much less. Just because big name GURU's say it's worth 2k and they hype it up with their massive launches and many follow like sheep doesn't mean it's worth 2k in my opinion.

Whether you spend 2k or $200 the information is what matters not the high price tag from some GURU.

I know there some people who paid 2k who HAVE TO say it's worth it because they have to justify the 2k they spent! Any way you twist it it doesn't matter because I paid 1/20 of that price. Thank god

                Precisely.

I'm pretty sure there was another product Frank was charging a huge fee for, then wound up giving away for free some time later.

If I was one of his previous customers, and saw that happen, I would go straight on ebay for the rest of my life. People are so quick to debate ethics on the consumer side of things, but when its their favorite guru, they automatically hit the "off" switch.

Don't get me wrong I like Frank Kern a lot, but I consider pirated material as serious an issue as parking meters. Kind like techdirt wrote about not too long ago. All these content distributors condition the markets to expect and want free stuff, they give tons of it away, they tease us with it, dangle it in front of our faces untill we're drueling from the mouth.. then they act all shocked when people rip their stuff. Lets not forget, these are people who wouldn't buy the crap if they didn't have the option. So distributors aren't losing as much money as they love to claim. They are also getting tons of free promotion from it when we go around forums talking about how cool their stuff is, which in turn leads to more sales. So give me a break.

Why not email frank kern's team and ask to purchase it? Often times marketers will pretend like they are closing down a product for good to generate tons of last minute sales. Seeing as though it is a digital product I am sure he didn't run out of stock.

That would render his scarcity and reflective pricing a null point.

      Unfair to all buyers.

I was looking to Login to List Control that I bought for $2k and I couldn't find it! He should've at least left it up for 10 years.

Whoa Lescouflair! All you need to do is email support@frankkernhelpdesk.com you can get updated login credentials. I just did that after purchasing the product in 2011. Good luck.
