[Wordpress] Looking for a specific plugin/theme

Does anyone know of any wp themes or plugins that allow users to register and upload their own pictures to a gallery and other users can comment on it? It's a pretty broad system but there will be tons of tweaking done to it.

      is there any option to avoid spam or abuse by users in this plugin? can we handle it?

        I never tried these before when using that plugin+ when a viewer comments they have to face the anti-spam filled.

        try to install an anti-spam plugin, if the 2 plugins will be connected because I guess it's a post or a page.
