How do I go about doing this for my new client?

This image was offered with WSO package that sold out before i got to purchase it.
This photo made everything clear for me,, in order to rank well in my niche and my clients'.
I already have a site pages and posts, , I know about SEO so you don't have to stress those points, unless you want too.

My questions are:

  1. Any lists of places i should be interacting with
  2. Will you name the differences between the bottom tier and the second tier.
  3. How do i do this chart manually with plugins and as much outsourcing as possible

    The deal here is that you create the content that you include in your posts into different formats and upload them to high trafficked authority site like scribd and slideshare etc.

    This will then get traffic to these as they have high numbers of users and then having these linked back to your site will then send it to your site.

    I don't know how you can do this with a plugin, but it would obviously have to change the content into different formats.

    As for outsourcing you would identify the sites you want to use and the formats relevant for them sites, so an ebook for Scribd or Presentation/Slideshow for Slideshare and get experts to create content relevant to the post you created, and then have them upload it to these sites of relevance.

    This is something I offer as a service and believe it is better than doing SEO on your own site as you are leveraging the power these sites offer.

    I work with a team of Outsources to offer this as a service, but if it was just the writing then you could probably find that elsewhere for pretty cheap.
