Hi Warriors... I'd like to put a list together of Internet Marketing tasks that you can (or Should!) outsource if you're someone like me who is first and foremost an author/product creator (and should be spending their time creating more product!!!) AND which ones you should outsource to India etc (at a cheaper rate) and which ones you should be willing to spend more $$$ and outsource to someone closer to you - like in your own country!!! - that you can meet with in person etc. Any thoughts? :-) Beaumont |

Outsource basic data entry work to India as well as account creation etc. Ultimately depends on what you want but something that can be done easily I guess.

Hi Beaumont, In my opinion and based on what I've read.. it's those with writing (ebooks, articles, etc) you should outsource into English based country, ie. US, Canada, etc.. but for those coding/programmers, traffic generation, and support helpdesk.. you may consider outsource to India. Regards, Cornel Tanady |

I agree with Tanady...the technical specialty work is where the price and quality can be a good match...anything that requires specific knowledge or usage of the English language need to be done in English speaking countries. Mac the Knife |

I also like using providers from the Philippines. I've found a couple of talented designers from there. As for article writers - they were pretty good. I am a former newspaper reporter so I'm pretty pick about the writing.

Anything to do with idea creation should be done by you Anything to do with business structure and finances should be outsourced to a local attorney and CPA, respectively Anything to do with design, programming and online admin tasks (link building, etc) should be outsourced overseas. Anything to do with writing, editing and offline admin tasks (like appointment setting, etc) should be outsourced in the USA (though their are certainly some good writers in Europe and Asia). |
