Value of a site??
Quick question, does anyone know how to determine the value of a site? I have a site that makes on average $240 per month in adsense revenue and around $500 to $1000 per month in clickbank revenue. It takes little to moderate weekly maintenance. I also have a 6k email list that goes with this site as well. (Also have a very large facebook following for this site that goes along with it)
The problem is that it's in a very small and obscure niche so I just wanted to know how you would find the selling value of a site like this.
Any help would be appreciated.
