Prefix versus Suffix In Domain?

Does it make a difference whether my domain is
www . mykeyword1.com versus
www . 1mykeyword.com

Just heard that one should never do a suffix. Bummer is that I just registered a domain yesterday, www . mykeyword1.com

It would be easy to get the prefix domain since i have done nothing to the domain yet.

Would it be worth to get the www . 1mykeyword.com?

    If you just registered it yesterday call the host and you can return it and get your money back, I think you have 7days to return it. Usually I buy a handful of domains and put them up for 3day actions on ebay or other sites and if they don't sell for more, I return them.

    I get the other one too just to be safe, domains are cheap enough. I've also been told leaving numerals out of domains, just sticking with words, gets much more hits.
