Which niche should my solution be categorized in

I've been a member of the warrior forum for a while now. Lately it seems every question i ask Google, the warriors forum almost all the time, is listed on the first few solutions, so i figure i might as well ask my question here. Ive tried my luck with internet marketing for the last few months with no success story. Just like any newbie, ive bought products after products (mainly informational products) im not naive to think that theirs a one click system that can make me money. Just like most other people in paypals blacklisted countries, ive come to have two limited accounts by paypal in which theirs money in it and i cant get back again. So playing around with paypal, i found ways to keep my account safe and also what i would call a loop hole in being able to transfer my money from my paypal account to my bank account. This is not suppose to be possible in my country which is blacklisted from paypal. First thing that came to mind, (my first product). So i decided to put a step by step instruction on how to do this in the form of an ebook. I created an ebook cover and a site for it. the question i have is this, is this a niche? and if it is which category would it be under?
