Does anyone got this problem with Facebook and Paypal while trying to add fund source

Your Paypal payment could not be completed. You can always visit your account settings and add a valid credit card number, or update your Paypal information to complete your purchase. Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account
Have you been able to resolve? I'm with the facebook support and paypal for week and each other are sending the problem to the other side!

    I just got this issue today too. Not sure what's happening, it happened to both my facebook accounts that are using 2 different paypal accounts (different names, linked to their respective facebook accounts).

    Maybe it could happen to one but... both? They are using the same billing address but different banks/credit cards. Not sure what happened...
