How to add Code to Wordpress post?

If I want to add a code to a specific post on wordpress, how can I do this?

For example, the "thank you" page only, how can I add a code there to track conversions?

i think there a couple of free plugins that allow you to add custom tracking codes to individual posts, i can't think of any in particular right now, but do a search on wordpress plugin and you will find one...
alternatively you can add the Code on the page while editing the same on : if you have upgrade to wp3.5 then click on the " text " tab while editing the page and paste in the code at the end of the post...

Elegant themes also have the option to add tracking to codes ...(at least i have tried it)
