Hello warriors! I need some advice from the experts on this forum. Currently I have a website with 30 000 unique visitors a month in the "work at home" niche. How can I make money from these visitors without using adsense, 'cause I think adsense sucks big time, they give me pennies compared to what some guys on this forum makes! Must I concentrate on affiliate sales? Which affiliate products must I advertise and where do I get them? Thanks |

quick hit tactic =>> sell it for $100K slow but long-term income =>> create autoresponder series, capture people's names and email addresses. Then you can test which affiliate program that works and which is not. |

Lol sell it for $100k ?? Haha, it's a co.za domain. I get 30 000 south african visitors. Everyone in this country is too stupid to notice such an opportunity. How can I collect emails while selling clickbank products? Funnel page? |

you are probably sitting on a gold mine.. throw a 'popular resources' block on every page, and pick some popular CB products to list there. Stay away from banners, text links work much better. |

Give them a powerful reason as to WHY they should opt-in. Be it a free report on a related subject, a free video, whatever. Just make it strong enough so that people actually fill in the form and stay subscribed. Once you have people's e-mail address and name, you can promote anything to them. One e-mail, click send and all of your potential customers receive it. Make sure you don't overdo it and that you balance it out with some free quality information so that people don't unsubscribe. Then you can monetize. It can be done in several ways and I agree that adsense is the worst one. My 3 favourite: 1. Continuity Affiliate Programs Find good RELATED memberships and/or paid newsletters with a recurring affiliate program, you will get payed whatever the commission rate is, every month. It basically adds up over time. 2. CPA (Cost Per Action) Subscribe to the following networks: Hydra, Copeac, RevenueLoop, MaxBounty They pay per lead, not per sale. In short, someone fills in their e-mail address, zip code or phone number and you get payed, you don't have to make a sale, just generate a lead. In those networks I mentioned you will find offers for almost every single niche out there. I've seen up to $50 USD payouts per lead. 3. Advertisement Space Sell advertisement space in your site, you will get payed a monthly fee or an impression fee by adding the ad of someone else in your site. With 30,000 uniques you won't be able to do much, but once you hit Alexa 100,000 these guys will start coming to you for ad space. That should do the trick, 30,000 unique visitors per month is fairly decent. Best of luck, - Dan P.S: You could start monetizing right off the bat by placing ads and/or text links across all the pages within your site (of the affiliate programs and CPA offers), but the conversion on list promotions is usually much higher as there is an obvious interest already.

I'm ranking nr2 for keyword "work home", that is the keyword that I optimized for. I just hope that people don't search for "home work" and get to my site, 'cause that can be a school boy seeking answers to his math problems! Thanks for the advice, I think I'm gpoing to sing up with Hydra and do as you guys say... |

Like I said, it's a south african domain. Google always puts local sites above international sites in search results, except if all the local sites are crap. So you won't see it, except if your ip was south african. And I have no reason to lie to you guys really I actually have a few sites, it's just I always believed in adsense and clickbank but recently I noticed that there are a lot of other ways to generate more money |

I'm not very fond of clickbank... South Africa can only receive checks, they are usually a month late, and the banks here charge me about $100 to cash in! Somewhat crazy but don't really have a choice do I? Would to hire you in the feature for more advice. Currently I'm studying engineering so don't have much time to do all the research and reading that I have to do!

I have found that CPA programs are the best for $ per visitor, but if you can't get that going due to location, then clickbank it is!

Just repeat what you have been doing already in order to generate even more traffic, and start monetizing that traffic as I suggested above. Don't complicate yourself, it's actually quite simple if you know what you're doing.

If you're not already doing so, you need to be signing these people up to an email list. Then you can sell to them again and again while testing what works best. Andrew |

After you have taken action on what others have told you to do and after you have started capturing the emails and/or contact information of those 30,000 people a month here is what you can do next. Send an email to your list (after you have built it of course) And tell them, that in order for you to serve them better and have them help you help them, you want them to fill out a survey. Ask them where are they getting stuck, what answers do they want answered, what are their common problems, and frustrations. Pay attention to the most common questions people ask, the most common areas where people are getting stuck, and then create a product that answers those questions, that helps your list solve those problems, questions, and frustrations. Of course this is a long term plan. So again first do what other people have suggested in this thread and at the same time capture your visitors emails to build your list and then later on down the road test out what I offered. Have fun. Shane_K |

It sounds to me like you need help, possibly hire someone to do the work taking a % of sales, I imagine you would make a lot more that way than you would with trial and error (even if you give 50% away) Just my thoughts1 |
