Photoshop and Dreamweaver are great. Corel Draw and Adobe illustrator are cool tools as well.

Komposer is a free wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) software that lets you create webpages and as a result sales pages. It is pretty easy to use. Here is a link to cnet where you can find the download.

You can use Adkreator.com to create a free banner or splash page. I also use Jottit.com to create an easy, quick, and free web page.

if you want the easiest and in my opinion one of the top 3 solutions for creating landing pages, visit Landing Pages: Create, Publish & A/B Test Without I.T. | Unbounce , its free to start.

But if you dont have skills in utilizing advancced software such as photoshop, etc... hire someone on the forum for $100 and they will create everything for you, and also make it look nice. Since if it looks bad, your conversions will be bad
