I'm wondering if I'm the only one... Have any of you guys submitted support requests to Twitter, only to never be answered? I have 5 tickets in their queue and all of them still say "awaiting assignment to a help desk operator". One is even 3 months old. Is there a better way to contact them?

Can only imagine what the phone system would be like for a VC funded
