Blogger, Am I Better Off Adding To Blog Or Creating New Blogs?

Okay so I have 15 blogs on blogger, most have 100+ posts. My question is this. Am I better off spending my time adding to the existing blogs or creating new blogs getting 100 posts or so and then starting another blog?

Depends what you are trying to achieve.

Main thing to focus on it readers and bounce rate. You can sit there and post and build blogs for a long time and never achieve results if you don't do something to get people really interested in what you do where they want to keep reading more by returning again and again.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Your better off creating new blogs as blogger are deleting blogs frequently especially recently. If your blog has 200+ posts then it will be a greater pain if it gets removed.

I think it depends on how you are creating content or posts. Do you have the time to post on each blog or do you farm out the work? In my opinion a handful of good quality blogs that develop good readership and conversion rates will out perform a stable full of low quality dogs all day long.

I would think that at some point (how big your blog list grows) your ability to provide quality posts on too many blogs would reach a tipping point. If you took on a VA or hired some warriors your number of blogs would depend only on what you could manage.

I'm primarly making money off adsense. I don't really understand what you guys mean when you talk about creating lists and using those lists to make money.

I have a handful of quality blogs where I write all the content myself. I also have one where I post lists of storage auctions. Those blogs have a following. the rest I think are just random people finding me on google or through forum posts.

Some of my blogs are PLR articles, lately I been on a kick of picking aniche and basically just posting yahoo answers questions and answering them myself so only a paragraph or two but I can knock out a lot of posts really quickly

When warriors talk about lists they are referring to visitors providing you with their email address so you can send them follow up emails with your marketing offers. If your blogs have a following see if you can obtain your readers email addresses and build a "list" of email addresses. From there you can send them newsletters, emails, etc... with good quality offers for them to buy related to your blog niche.

If you use PLR articles you may want to consider rewording the content so you don't create blogs full of duplicate content. In other words if your PLR articles are used by a dozen other bloggers your blogs may get spanked hard by Google.

ok first of all, it depends on what your purpose of these blogs are, and how they are doing now. If they are all successful, then I suggest you can create a new one.

If they aren't really earning at all, then it's better to concentrate on building them further, no point stretching yourself out so much, you will only tire out and confuse yourself.

My take: never put all your eggs in one basket. You will probably see results with your 100+posts blog by now. If not, it is better that you work on other blogs.

My suggestion is you run your blog in your own website. Not advisable to have them all in blogger. Not reliable.
