Will an iframe cloak your traffic source?

If you have an affiliate link being pulled up from an iframe on your site, will that cloak where the traffic source originates as it will appear that it is coming from my site or will the affiliate manager be able to see where the traffic is coming from?

    My findings on this is that it would only show your domain, for example I frame share a sale ffiliate links and in the back office it just shows my link.

    Having said that setting up a test should not be that difficult.

    The manager will be able to see where the traffic comes from, ******BUT****** Some browsers may not send a cookie properly unless setup right.
