I'm really not sure you should be posting this right here mate...
It might have some "promotional implications" which are not allowed on this forum.

    Cheers!

That is basically the same thing as posting an affiliate link...I would either take it down, or be prepared for Mods to take it down.

Whether sharing coupons is not allowed here?

Sharing a coupon code would be allowed here since it benefits everyone... I have seen many coupon threads in this section and rarely slapped by mods, obviously don't make it an affiliate link tho. A coupon code is only 6-10 letters, there doesn't need a link to be used. If I am wrong I wouldn't mind a mod saying.

I agree with butters, when there is no affiliate link and benefits forum members why should the mods take it down, it don't make sense.

I read somewhere it could be here I don't remember, that do a google search for discount codes for the respective company you are thinking of making a purchase from and see what happens. I just did and it works!

Here's a coupon you can use to register .com domains at $2.95: geek295

You can register up to three domain names at that price (plus ICANN fee of $0.18 per domain name per year.) Just enter the code at the coupon code input box on the top right of the screen when you're doing the checkout.

You'll find more just googling it.

    Better than the coupon codes:

Just Google cheap domain names and other similar keywords and you'll get .99 cent domains or better all day long, anytime of the year.

Godaddy gives out $0.99 .COM a domain promo codes once in a while. They usually release great coupons around Christimas, New Year, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving etc. Since Valentines day is getting close, not only GoDaddy but also many hosting companies will give out great coupons, like .COM domains under a dollar or unlimited shared hosting $4-$5 a month. It has been like that for ages.

If you've joined GoDaddy's affiliate program you would know that they allow you to create your own custom coupon codes that have your affiliate link built into them.

So, for example lets say I create the coupon code "coupon2013" (example code is hypothetical, not real) and give it to someone on a forum, business card, flyer, etc. I would still get credit for their sale even though they didn't follow my affiliate link. Their system knows that when "coupon2013" is entered it's associated with my affiliate account and I get credit.

In essence, it's an affiliate link and that's not allowed here. That's why the post was removed.
