Freshlife Theme - Favicon Location?

Hi folks,

I am creating my favicon in the FreshLife Theme.
I thought I saw a place specifically designed to upload it to but now I can't find it.
Does anyone know?
Or do I need to do into the editor to insert it?

    Search "favicon.ico" in the theme folder on your computer, to find the path. Then either replace it on your computer and upload the theme, or just replace the favicon.ico file on your hosting.

    The path to your theme for a WordPress theme, on the hosting is usually: root/public_html/wp-content/themes/<name of theme>/<probably a folder with the name "Images">

      If you continue to experience problems, you can just install a favicon plugin.

      What do you mean by "theme folder" on my computer?

    No npaige.

    If you go to Appearance and then Freshlife Options it's on the first page of the settings where you can set the logo etc. Just look on there for it.

    If I were you, if you have any issues in the future, just start a theme on the Theme Junkie forum - Much easier and people will be able to help quicker.

    The "theme folder" is the name of the theme's folder. It's usually the name of the theme, so you should find "FreshLife". In it, there should probably be a folder named "Images", in which images (obviously) are stored. Replace the standard "favicon.ico" file that comes with the theme with the favicon you designed, which should also be named "favicon.ico". Upon replacing the file, the theme should display the new favicon.

    Or, as Daniel suggested, you could install a favicon replacement plug-in. I imagine there are a lot of them available.
