Made a sale with clickbank but not rebilled?

Hello,

After making a sale from a product, I wondered why I got $0 for it. I wondered how it is possible to get a sale, but $0. After looking more details in subscription details, I found out that it's an initial payment of $1 with 7 day trial, so the next rebill the full price on 17 January 2012.

I didn't get credited on 17 Jaunuary, I wondered and looked again at the subscription details, the next payment was updated to 20 January 2013. Now the 20 January 2013 is passed and the same subscription list says the next payment is on 24 January..

The trial period was 7 days, the subscription details said the next payment after seven days. Why did twice change the next payment date?

I have got 3 sales right now from that product... the first was on 10 january, next payment should be 17 january, then 20 and now it says 24 january...

the second sale of that product was made in 17 january, rebill date 24 january... and the third sale on 20 january, next payment on 27 january..

Isn't it a bit weird? The date where I should be credited from the first sale makes a new sale with again a 7 day trial and the first sale next payment increases..

Can someone help me here out?

      No I would see it in Transactions... And when it would be canceled, the next payment period day wouldn't increase ?

    I have a few recurring membership sites I'm an affiliate for on clickbank and people jump out of them all the time.

      But when you offer a $1 for 7 days, after seven days you get automated rebilled, when there is no cancelation. I cannot see any cancelation, it would show in transactions. Just the day of the next raised at first to 20 january, then to 24 without getting credited..

        Needless to say, that doesn't make a lot of sense and a bit of a shame given that it was your first payment too.

        Drop CB support an enquiry as mentioned.

          Authorization Failures

          In the event that the customer's credit card cannot support the payment request, we will attempt authorization again three days after the first failure date. After a second failure, we will reattempt four days after the second failure date. After a third failure, we will try once more seven days after the third failure date. A fourth failure will lead to an automatic cancelation of the subscription purchase. We send notifications to the customer and vendor on the final two attempts.

    It sounds like they canceled the re-bill through the card it self or paypal. Or they don't have the funds in the account. They did not cancel through clickbank or the membership.

    Clickbank will try to re-bill for a period of time. After that time is over, the person will be kicked out of the membership. That's when you will see it in your stats.
