Is aweber giving less and less?

I love aweber and have been a fan for 6 years.

But 2 months ago, they stopped to give the numbers of propects by number of follow-ups in the reports.

I asked why and they siad "You can still find out how many people are at each follow-up level with search."1

Ok, so you search as many time as you have follow-ups. Time consuming, and not very efficient.

First disappointment.

One month ago, I started to have coplains from customer who receive the accentuated characters with strange characters.

I never had that.

Aswer from aweber: "We have a service for americans and have no commitment to delivers mails in any other language"

OK, so I have to switch to html or forget aweber. Since I have a 600,000 list, it's painful.

Second disappointment.

Do you understand why they do that?

Usually, they seem to be customer oriented -- and suddenly deliver less instead of more.

Any idea why and what can I do to get what I got for so many years -- and not LESS?

I am very concerned.

I've found Aweber support to often be a case of "like it or lump it" we don't care.

Equally I've found them bend over backwards to resolve a situation...

It's one of those rough with the smooth companies.

We send out a 5 part program via Aweber and the amount of people who are constantly missing a part of it is endless, I'n convinced there's a problem that goes past spam filters as the customers check them , but hey ho, better time spent make money more $$$ than worrying about it but I feel for ya.

It seems they fixed the character's problem - without telling anyone and telling they don't have to do it. I guess it might be a legal protection...

Would you still recommend aweber to start building up my list?

Should I first build up my list and then signup for aweber or signup first and get a "feeling" for it?
