Where do I ask for help testing a widget?

I developed a new widget, and I posted a thread here asking for people to help test it. I was going to release the widget to the Warrior community later today if it seemed stable.

My thread was deleted.

Where should I ask for help testing things like this?

I enjoy this community and wanted to give Warriors an advantage by giving them access to useful apps before other people. But if it's not cool, then I won't.

I read the rules and didn't see anything about asking for help testing. I probably missed it. I know that the commercialization can't apply, because all my widgets are free. Can someone help clarify this for me?
