better at:

1. Graphic design
2. Programming.

Well I'm pretty well near perfect as far as I can see.

OK. I am very impatient with people who offer what they cannot deliver. e.g. make ?????? a month using my system.

I also suck at coding. I use other peoples' knowledge to get me through this problem

Obsessing over detail. That's why I was never happy doing a lot of high-end PPC, everything has to be micromanaged by the minute if you don't want to lose your shirt.

I'm more a 'set-and-forget' kind of marketer.

I get too easily distracted by Project D while I am still trying to finish Project A.

And even once Project A is "Done" but needs to have Links built and content created, the call of Project D is just too strong!!!

I outsource all of my articles and content, but I do everything else. I even built my own custom autoresponder (I'm a ColdFusion developer) from the ground-up, man I can't write for ****!

A big thing for me personally is learning to outsource and delegate. I bet there are a lot of people in the same boat, because really I know that I will do a good job. If I give it to someone else I have to go back over their work and fix things..

  I used to suck at anything to do with understanding coding and building websites but with a lot of patience I'm getting there slowly.
  
  What I really suck at is building a list and mailing them. I just don't like to because the invasion of my inbox bugs me and I don't want to do to others what I don't like.
  
  Odd because I had no problem with regularly mailing my customers with new offers when I operated in direct mail.

I really suck at reading hideous 'indentikit' sales letters that are churned out by the bulk of direct response copywriters.

I have tried and tried to get through at least one, but I can't manage it.

I'd have to agree, copywriting is what I suck at! I can write all day long, but making it sizzle so the customer wants to buy, and keeping it that way is hard for me to do beyond 1-2 pages.

I presently struggle with focusing on one thing and then scaling that thing after it's successfully made me moola, rather than skipping onto the next idea, method or tactic.

With the help of Mike Filsaime's "The 7 Figure Secrets" (fox/hedgehog concept) and some Anthony Robbins stuff, I'm improving the whole "concentrated focus" thing though!

The lure of the next project or idea. Much of my anxiety has disappeared now that I finish projects before starting the next one. Quite frankly I wish I had an army of a staff so that with each idea I come up with I could just bark some orders and have it done and up and running in 24hrs.

Finishing most things. I can do SEO, write, build web sites, write copy, keyword research etc.

I'd go as far as saying that I don't suck really bigtime anymore at most of these.

But focus, finishing things, that I lack.

In part that's just the way I am, in part it's because I make far more money consulting and jump when my clients call, and I tend to love my clients, or they become ex-clients!

Sales copy. I'm a good writer, can craft a fine article, know my way around keywords like nobody's business, but I stammer and stutter when it comes to creating effective sales copy. I'd never make it as a used car salesperson.

I must say my weakness definitely has to do with technology. I can write my butt off, but when it comes to html and all that jazz, my mind literally goes blank. I'm so glad there are new programs out people can use to create websites that don't involve html, dreamweaver, or any other techno power tools.

I definitely suck at coding, though it's something I am focusing on learning more and more in order to automate my campaigns and daily tasks.

Also i suck at the patience required when writing sales copy, which is why I just outsource the majority of it and tweak as I feel necessary to better the pitch

  Copywriting. No doubt. Tech stuff is a breeze. I have no problem writing. I'm partially color blind so I don't even try graphic design. I can get a site up and running in no time. I'll get a modest amount of traffic to it but I can't make a sale for the life of me.

Reading everything that comes my way. I've been a bookworm since I was a kid (and I love reading), so I can't help but read everything that gets shoved in front of my face. It takes time away from me that I could be spending working on my business, but I guess there are worse vices out there. At least I'm learning along the way.

My biggest weakness is spending too much time making decisions. I like to think I'm a very logical person and so I weigh everything carefully to the point that ...

If you've narrowed things down to 2 choices that are close to 50/50 it's better to just choose one and try it. Sitting on the fence for hours / days / weeks / months / years is completely counterproductive.

I never had too much interest in it since it seemed
kinda daunting with all that QS business.

Didn't start to really learn it until very recently, so
still in the process to grasp how to run and manage
