Getting totally ignored by webcrawlers

One of my websites is mostly for fun but I use it as practice for my other work. I've noticed the pages in a subdomain have gotten absolutely no traffic the last few months. Not even a webcrawler like googlebot has even come through. Other pages on the website get at least a crawler once in awhile. Can you think of any reason these pages have gone completely under the radar?

    Have you checked your Google Webmaster Tools account for possible indexing/crawling issues? Do you have external links pointing to that subdomain?
