Business ideas for active site

Hello Warrior Forum

1st post on this great forum. I run a niche website focused on the wireless industry. I basically make revenue on email marketing and banner ads. I would like to try other ideas on growing my revenue if possible. I am not very familiar with many of the ideas and concepts posted on this site but willing to learn. Here are some quick facts about my site.

My site is a community based portal with over 10k members. Not all are active but members can post videos, photos, blogs and discussions on wireless equipment, products and technology etc.

I average about 9k unique visitors a month with 20k page views.
Alexa Rank is in the 450-500k range
Page Rank is 5
I have a large Opt in Database of 120k

Again i basically make money by doing email marketing for vendors in the industry and offering banner ad space. The revenue is not bad but I am sure I should be doing much more. I am always thinking I am leaving money on the table by not offering a specific service etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    You may consider offering solo ads to people who may be interested on a list similar to your niche market. It can be profitable and you'll surely get a lot of takers.

      Thank you for the responses. What exactly do you mean by Solo ads? Is that like an email blast for companies. That I do and it pays well. $2-5k a pop. Banner ads don't pay what they use to. Maybe 500 a month if I can get it. Back in the day it use to pay 2k a month. I have done webinars in the past but the sales cycle is long and there is a ton of work involved. What I would like to see is some type of recurring daily revenue stream if that is possible.

    with 20k page views a month the adsense revenue is very low. Created a Amazon Associates store that brings in $100 month tops. I do have a very good and large list. I try to send 1 email a week to them and I lose 200 emails a blast with bounces, opt outs etc. I would like to send 5 emails a week if it can make money. Like a daily newsletter. But if I lose more emails then what I gain that will not last very long.
