folks, aside from doing a free wso what other cheap or free options are there out there to listbuild? what are the main obstacles to listbuilding?

    The same free traffic methods that you'd drive to any website, except drive them to a squeeze page.

    Forum Sigs, Blog Comments, Guest Posting On Blogs, Video Directories, Article Directories etc etc. Then you've also got your paid methods, solo ads, ppc etc etc.

    With enough effort or investment (whichever way you want to play it) you should be able to steadily build your list without too many problems.

    Try posting Videos on Youtube, Vimeo etc. Make sure the title and the description is well optimized with the proper keywords, and a detailed description. Then In the description area just add a URL link to your squeeze page and your good to go.

    As well as what has already been mentioned you could enter your free gift into a Giveaway event to build your first few hundred subscribers then use adswaps to build the list further.
