So i didn't see any rule against it, however I plant to sign up for Gaz Coopers Amz academy, but can I offer to sign up through someones affiliate link on here?

      I think that's backwards - you buy through an affiliate link when the affiliate has been the one to introduce you to or sell you a product.

      If you have chosen the product through the seller's efforts - he should get the money rather than paying commission to an affiliate who did nothing to earn it.
