Beware of PerfAds

by 1 comments
Hi all,

Let me just issue a warning to those considering getting in bed with PerfAds. My experience has not been pleasant. I submitted a Premium Publisher application and never heard back despite it saying on their site that a reply could be expected in seven days. I wrote asking why a response hadn’t arrived and that too went ignored. Some time later I finally received a message from someone name Luis. He asked a few questions to which I replied. My last message then, once again, went unanswered. I wrote to Luis asking if I could expect for this to go anywhere or if that was the end of the discussion. Since ignoring messages seemed to be their M.O. I thought that this was a valid question. His subsequent messages were extremely rude and surprisingly unprofessional. What I found to be funny, however, was that he could write back very quickly when in a snit, but customer service questions go unanswered for days on end. I now also have the problem that Luis won't stop sending me harassing messages. Great, just what I need. Save yourself the trouble and go with a real ad network instead of a “company” pretending to be one.

firstly, simply filter his messages to the spam box, or set them for deletion as they come in.

secondly, if my travels ever take me back there, i will heed your warning. there are many others out there that are serious about doing business.

    1. Lack Of Strategy Many of the tools available to Internet marketers are either cheap or free. As a result, many new marketers are tempted to use them all at once. Successful Internet marketers begin with a strategy that identifies the goals of a campaign, the target audience and other key planning elements. Only then do they choose their tactics. Remember: tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.

Haven't Posted in a long while, been off of the scene on IM even longer. Can anyone offer some advice as to where to get restarted? I've made some income from Fiverr in the past by writing review articles, not sure if Fiverr is still a good platform though. Any help would be greatly appreciate also more than willing to become an apprentice and work for the knowledge, not the money.

After five years and almost one thousand projects, give it or take, I believe I have come up with a handful of more or less reliable signs that you're dealing with a bad client. I haven't reinvented the wheel, that's for sure. It's just like in that saying. Maybe I don't know what I want, but I certainly know what I don't want. The same goes here. Maybe I don't know how to find a good client, but I certainly know how to avoid a bad one. Also, I'm far from an ideal list. Sharing experiences regarding bad clients can help a lot. After all, we play in the same team. In addition, I strongly believe in Good Karma principle. Meaning, there's plenty of room and clients for everybody. Deal with real people not with avatars

When people think of the term copywriter they will often imagine someone sitting at home or at a caf, tapping away at a laptop and churning out good copy for their immediate employer whether it be a one-off project or a long-standing relationship between a publication (online or print) and the copywriter. Now that might often be correct, but there are different types of copywriters out there. Lets have a look at the main types.

The only way to handle having many massive daily goals is by doing them one moment at a time. Don't listen to the narrow-minded people who say that you have to focus on 1 thing and do it will at the expense of everything else. If you want everything, if you want to be financially successful, and healthy, and have great relationships, and be happy, and learn every day, and have family time and more, you're in luck, because you can have it all!
