Seeking High Quality WP Theme for My Diet Site.

INTERNET MARKETING

I have been searching high and low for a professional theme for my diet site Free Diet Plans-Home & /blog and have found very little so far. I have scrolled through 100's if not 1000's of themes looking for something in light blue/greens 2/3 column and have hit a brick wall.

I have had this site for a few years now and it has started to get quite a few visits, so I figure It's time for a major revamp. This includes theme and top quality articles.

Should any of my fellow Warriors have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. I would even be open to any designers prepared to help me out in exchange for $ and permanent footer links.

This in effect will become a directory of the most popular diets with a static front page.

I know the site is not much to look at at the moment, but it has PR and traffic, so I think there is some potential. The blog also has nearly 1300 pages indexed.

I look forward to your suggestions.

Have you tried premium theme providers? Check out woo themes (I have no affiliation). I imagine you could find something there (and they do their themes in multiple colors, etc). I too went through a massive theme search for one of my sites that just had to have a certain combination of features, so I know your pain!

I checked out woo themes. They certainly have some nice themes.

Not quite what I'm after though.

Studio Press and Revolution, have some very nice themes. Are you looking for one that appears more like a review site? As I have run across some really nice ones. When I Google WP Review Themes.
Plus if you find a layout you like, but the colors are all wrong, you can always edit the css file and headers.

Hi Brett,

I recall one of the gurus promoting solostream WP themes at one stage. I looked at them at the time and they seemed good quality.

Take a look at http://www.flexibilitytheme.com You can have 1-3 columns, pick your own colors, headers, etc. It's FREE, too.

^Something that may interest you, keeping with the light blue 2-column idea.

Otherwise, I'd suggest going with the StudioPress theme - always high quality stuff there

  I have a diet site, too. I ended up finding a theme I liked and dreamed up revisions and color changes for it and had to outsource it. I decided to go that route after searching high and low for something that was perfect, and I never found it. Since I have minimal WP skills I outsourced. I have WP skills, it just takes me forever to do what an expert can do in half the time (or less!).
