Need some paypal help

I read the T +C of paypal and it states that I am only allowed 1 personal and 1 premier/business account.

Now I have a premier account under my own name and have just incorporated in to a LTD company.

My question is, do i have to cancel/downgrade my personal premier account to be able to open a business/premier paypal account under my LTD company?

I am guessing NObecause a LTD company is a separate legal body to myself. Is that right?

    You can go in to change your info or call Paypal to do that for you. You don't have to cancel your account.

    Paypal will allow separate legal entities (private companies and so on) to have separate accounts.

    However, you will need to have a separate bank account in the company's name, a distinct credit card for the verification, and use a different email account.

    I know someone who has set up 3 different business accounts this way; I understand she had contacted the paypal customer service to get this clarification back then. You may need to do the same for confirmation.
