Default I have been scammed. Advise the best course plz.

Hello fellow warriors,

I bought a WSO from supposedly a very respected senior member here but he is neither responding to me follow up emails or even my PMs.

The whole issue is quite well in my favour as what he did was not right and I raised my concern over it, which he obviously did not like and therefore all this has happened.

After this episode, the product that he was supposed to deliver ( consulting sessions ) has been left incomplete.

What is the best advise for me?

I think your best option will be to send Admin an email detailing the problem. I don't think the WF member would want his image tarnished.

Thanks.
Well, I have notified Admin as well and I got advise from them that I should communicate with him ( the sr warrior in question ) directly but to my disappointment, he doesnt respond at all. So I am only compelled to raise it here. I don't hv a choice unfortunately. I am not at all interested in tarnishing his image but its a matter of a decent amount which is involved and the idea is to either get a complete realisation of value from what he offered or, failing which, he should refund it........as simple as that.

I don't know the exact detail of the problem but if he is refusing to contact you, your best bet will be to call him out on the forum. Start a thread on him but make sure it is not against WF rules, cause if he has done that to you, then he must have done it to some else.

I understand what you mean. I hope he is reading this.
Well, there is no choice for guys like me but to proceed with various forms and platforms available on the internet to bring such issues on the surface and caution others.
I would definitely do what you have mentioned after I am sure that I will not get a response from him.

I would definitely go through all the official channels before resorting to naming and shaming.

I agree with you Thegamecat. and thats exactly what I am attempting by keeping the warrior anonymous.

well,

you can set a deadline?
Saying that you would like a satisfactory reply within 2 weeks on your private message,
else you can publish his name or something like that.

It sucks to purchase products and have the product creator not keeping up to his promise.

Hi Rajul,
This type of thing sucks...but I'd hate to see more problems happening because of the bad advice you are getting in this thread. You should not, no matter what, name the offending warrior on this forum. It is against the main rule of the forum, and can result in you getting banned.

I wish I had helpful advice for you. I would co tact the help desk again, and let them know you are being left in the dark, and then do a charge back if possible.

Best regards,
Kevin

I am also dealing with a problem with getting the consulting that was advertised in a program a friend of mine purchased - quite expensive also, payment in full and now no help to get up and running - look up the Rip-off site and see if he is listed there - the one I am dealing with is listed there. Here is the Rip-off site:
http://www.ripoffreport.com They seem to get right on it when it appears there.
Well I was on this site the other day - now it is not coming up - how I got to it was listing the name of the program in the search engine and it came up with that page - maybe you need to have a page - so put the name in the search engine - see if the Ripoff page comes us.

Sorry - it was working.

Hi Rajul,

There isn't much the admin will do but to refer you back to rule #1 which he did.

BUT, you can file a dispute with PayPal if you used that processor to buy the product or offer if the warrior will not issue a refund to you. If you can't and used a credit card, try doing a chargeback on your CC.

Another thing you may consider is to give him more time to respond to your emails and PMs. It may be that he is taking a few days off for the holiday, had a crisis. etc ...

This is NOT, and I repeat NOT, the better way to handle this sort of thing in the Warrior Forum. For one thing it violates Rule #1.

cause if he has done that to you, then he must have done it to some else.
And no, this is an assumption on your part. This doesn't automatically mean he has done it to other people. You don't know that he has. It could be that the person in question took time off, had a crisis, or whatever where he cannot respond to Rajul immediately.

I've seen this happen in more cases than not.
