This is how I organize my day and stay productive...
I have - and I'm always more productive as a result.
This is how my schedule is planned out each day.
Personal:
My personal category will be most likely filled with morning
Rituals like walking, exercising, meditating and absorbing
Positive material.
Read:
In this category I pick a book to read and spend an hour a day.
When the book is completed I simply start on another book.
You can also Bookmark a couple of cool blog posts and place
them into this category.
Write:
I usually plan my writing the night before - and can be anything
from a blog post to an email message.
Content:
I spend 1 hour each day on creating content. Either I work on a
new book, create a video for my blog/YouTube or even to write
a blog post. (If I choose to use this category for a blog post, I make
sure that the "writing category" above is used for something other
than a blog post)
Traffic:
By far the most important category on the list, I spend 2 solid focused
Hours on generating traffic. The traffic category is different than the
"content" and the "writing" category. For example: Writing a guest
post can generate traffic, but I keep things like that for the "writing"
category. Forum posting and social media engagement will go into this
category.
Planning:
This category will entail things like research, looking into new traffic
strategies, and even planning out my next goal. This category is usually
the last task of completion for the day.
I find this strategy to be incredibly efficient. I'll give you an idea of how
I structured my day, today...
Personal:
Wake up at 6am.
Go for short jog.
Meditate.
Eat healthy breakfast.
Traffic:
Comment on 10 blogs.
Make 10 forum posts
Participate in social media.
Read:
Scientific Advertising - again (read for 1 hour)
Read 3 bookmarked blog posts.
Writing:
Write forum post (this one)
Write email message to subscribers
Content:
Spend 1 hour on my new Personal Development book
Create new sales page
Planning:
Research new high ticket service I may promote.
Learn the ins and outs on Kindle promotion tactics.
Go over my monthly goals.
Set out tomorrows schedule.
Each day there will be different tasks to do in each category, except for
The "personal" category which is always a constant. I believe if you follow
A similar approach like the one above your productivity will massively
Increase over time due to the compound effect.
I find Information overload becomes less of a problem with a system like this -
and you never neglect any part of your business as a result. Try it and let me
know how you get on.
Have a productive day.
Declan.

Ever notice that people who spend money on WSO, memberships and courses, are always complaining about being broke and not making any money ?
They should have bought ASSETS instead.
